Shipping and Returns General Information
We will not charge your Credit Card until your item is ready to ship
We do accept returns for damaged or defective merchandise.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, full refund or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will accept clothing returns, only if the item has been unworn and has all original tags in place. Unless the item is damaged, clothing return shipping must be paid by the purchaser, and once inspected, credit or exchange will be issued,
Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Some items may have a 1-2 week lead time and will be marked appropriately next to the item.
In the unlikely event that you place an order for an item that has become out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Overnight Shipping or Expedited shipping is available. If you are interested in special shipping, please contact us for a quote, and we can adjust your order accordingly.
We cannot ship to any P.O. Box - PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ONLY.
Our standard shipment methods are Fed/Ex Ground or USPS priority mail. We will ship best method depending upon the item(s) you order.
**We reserve the right to cancel any order based upon availability of the item.
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 10-21 business days.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
